The Technician is supposed to charge 35 and instead chg 108. Tried to explain to him that the office told me that it is 35 to do a check to see what is wrong with the washer. He got upset and called names on his company reception that told me about the 35 dollalrs, and he was very loud and intimidating. He told me to pay first and take it up to his General Manger. Out of fear, I paid first and thought that his boss will be better.
