I received Text Collect from my son tonight. He was just transferred from one prison to another facility, so I took the call thinking something may be wrong. The reception was so bad that everything he said was so garbled I had to ask him to repeat everything and could still not understand what he was saying, just a word here and there. The whole conversation was about the reception instead of the important stuff we needed to discuss. I finally told him to write me with the infomation we needed to discuss.
