My dear friends from Honey Dew California are going through the VERY same 'delay' process and now their home is very close to being lost. I've been trying to help them all year. We hired attorneys, who also kept sending us their endless monthly forms to have to fill out, just to have more and more and more dumped on us all over again. It was stalled and stalled, delayed and delayed until now at a year in and the company is now going into foreclosure. We really want to join the class action law suit.
