I purchased a spa cover online from this company last March and, not only was the cover made incorrectly, it was such poor quality that it did not hold up 6 months. I tried to contact the company repeatedly with no response. I filed a complaint with my credit card and they were able to illicit a response but since goods were delivered I was out of luck. They did provide me with a different number and stated that the company was under new management, so I called again.
