I had signed up for a 30 day trial of their service. This required providing a debit/credit card. After the trial period, they charge the card $299 if the customer doesn't cancel. However, their website doesn't tell you when the trial period cancels - only when the 6-month paid subscription ends (left intentionally vague so that people will accidently go over and they get to charge your card).
