Americredit bought our daughter and son-in-laws car loan. They refuse to honor the previous contract which allowed a 10 day grace period on payment and they have started charging per deim interest every day their payment is past the due day. They have had the loan for only 3 or 4 months and have added over $700 to their loan. They start calling my daughter at 8 am the day after the payment date and they call her 20 - 30 times a day. There is nothing in their original contract that says they can do this. It is ridiculous that they get away with treating people like this. read full review »
