My loan was sold by Chase to LBPS (a part of IBM). LBPS does not accept payments by electronic transfer from my bank. Does it seem odd that a computer company doesn't do computer transfers? It did to me until I realized, that this results in more late payments, since you have to send your payment 5 days sooner to allow for mail delivery. Then they changed the address that the payment was to be sent to, and sent a notice as a note on the bottom of my statement.
