The company offered a DVR upgrade, which they said, required a second line. I refused and asked if they had a 'splitter' They said it was in testing and would be available in 3-6 months. I said I'd use in in its' single line config. 9 mos. went by. In frustration, I agreed to buy an second DVR at my expense. When I hooked it up, it would not work, even after authorization and 90 mins with tech support. When I told them 'make it work' or you will lose me as a customer. They said 'to bad'!!!
