Ray Padulas customer service & 10 year no questions asked warranty is non existant!!! The products they sell, even the top of the line Super Spray does not last a full season even when treated with care E-mails are not answered Their voice mail is always full Even when I have been able to leave a message the call is not returned anyway Best way to put it is they do not care about you, they only care about selling their products anyway they can by stating their bogus guarantee.
