I tried to order a DVD on line. My order was cancelled. I tried again, and again it was cancelled. So I tried a third time. Apparently that order was also cancelled. So I emailed the customer service. I was then told that I needed to contact a real person (because apparently customer service doesn't exist). So I call their number, and I get put on hold for 20 minutes, then I get sent to voicemail, which I didn't even know was possible while being on hold.
