In 12-2010 I went for consult and wired $15500.00 to the practice for surgery to be done 1/14/2011. Well 3 weeks prior to surgery the phone lines went disconnected. Here to find out Dr. Al Mameniskis was shut down do to divorce he was going through. He finally called me back an informed me what had happened. Everything frozen.
