Fell in love with the site layout, but is anyone home? I can't get any attention, and have sent 4 emails and 3 voicemails. All I really need is some help with the part I ordered. It looks different than the old one, and I dont want to tear down everything until I know. I guess I have to go out to the internet to find my answer, but it would be nice if the company you buy stuff from can give support on how to use their products. That, plus the non existent communication after my transaction was complete makes this company a low baller, not recommended! read full review »
