I placed my order in early November well in advance for Christmas, as yet over 3 months later I have not received my order or a refund. I have constantly emailed, and initally I was told my order was out of stock, this went on until January and now they have said they can no longer get the goods, I have asked for a ful refund but have not got this either. I would advise anyone never to use this site, I also have used on-line shopping for a long time and have never experienced a service like this. I intend to take this matter further as I think it is rediculous that they are allowed to keep advertising. read full review »
