I was handed over to Lomas Walker Attorneys by my body corporate after I feel into arrears during my unpaid maternity leave.I was in arrears of R3640 when I paid R4000 on the 25th of October as soon as I returned to work .The payment the arrears bill I had at hand was (inclusive of handover fees was R3678) -hence the payment of R4000 .
