When the bed was delivered this Saturday they forgot to insert the support pieces for the bed. I phoned and asked if this should not be inserted at the time when the bed was being assembled. They informed me that it is for another delivery. The next day out of the blue they turned up and said they forgot to add the support pieces for the bed. After assembling the bed the left in a hurry. We realized that they did such a bad job in assembling the bed that we had to redo everything they did. read full review »
