Let me give you a list: 1. $3.50 charge every time you call customer service, even if it is their mistake 2. They send you a bill once a year. If you want to cancel or change any services, you must do so 30 days before the yearly bill is sent to you. 3. Their customer service standard reply is "that's policy".
