31-jan-2011 a Service American Technician came to mu house to check the dryer machine (the dryer was not running), but before he came the WASHER MACHINE was ok. He was at my apartament for no more than 15 minutes checking the dryer, he made a new appointment, The man was not speaking Spanish and my husband who was in house did not know that happened.
