On 1/31/11, I contacted the asst manager at my Fayetteville, NC branch after checking my account online. I told her that $1550 of fraudulant charges were due to be deducted from my account by the end of business, 2/2/11 and asked her to freeze my account, not take the money out of my account. I told her that I had contacted the vendor who had taken the money (Prometric) and filed an appeal and that they had even sent me an email confirming I was not responsible, that I had never done business with them83742.
