I have a Defy fridge which I bought 3 years ago, In August 2009 the fridge section started not cooling, while the freezer section was working ok. On 6 August 2009 I logged a call with Defy Apliances to have a technician come and adress the problem:(Fridge part not getting cold). The techician attended to the problem and charged R16.52 (for new Drier) + R3210 ( for gas) + 348.13 (Labour) on 6 August 2009. All in all I paid R655.10 (Job Card No.597362).
