I got a Just Cut GE Constant On Santa's Best tree this past 2010 season. The entire top portion of the tree now does not light at all! I contacted their "customer service" and they refused to replace the top of the tree, they wanted to send me a string of lights that I MYSELF would need to "re-string" the "pre-lit" tree with!! When they said the tree had a 5 year warranty and the lights a 3 year warranty I didn't see that they don't consider the two together on a supposedly "re-lit" Christma... read full review »
