We have now had to cancel our FOURTH scheduled closing for our home due to CARTUS being unable to furnish the necessary documents with more than enough time to prepare. I could understand having to push it back once, maybe even twice, but FOUR TIMES is absolutely absurd and I would hope unacceptable to an agency in an unstable housing market.
