I will NEVER purchase another Kitchen/Aid or Whirlpool appliance! I have been waiting for a back ordered part (4456365) for 5 months already and until I get it, if ever, I can't use my oven or microwave. This situation is unacceptable and tells me that your service stinks! If only I could afford to replace this unit with another brand, I would!!! This model is KEMC 308KBL 0, and without the new touch pad the whole unit is worthless. In addition, trying to call your customer service line is a complete waste of time since after holding for over 30 minutes, I still haven't talked to anyone!
