Paid my GMC Yukon off on Jan 5. 2011, contacted Ally and asks what happens now, they informed me that my title would be mailed out on the Jan 13. It is now Feb. 3 and i have seen no title yet, i contacted the company and they said they had no answers and would mail me out a lean release form of which i could take to the DMV and get a new title. Answer me this?
