The kenetico company has terrible service and follow through. They do not respond to complaints about their dealers. The treatment system has rarely worked for the past 5 years and I hope they go out of business. I am a contractor who these frauds got over on. I hope I can save a consumer the headache of dealing with this outfit. 30 years in construction and they are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
