I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Amazon. Yesterday I ordered a DVD, but before they could ship the DVD they lowered the price on their site buy $3. I was suprised they charged me the old price since it was lowered before they shipped my order. I questioned this and was told me in so many words that they were not refunding the $3 and they really didn't care if I bought anything from them again or not. I emailed back and told them to check how much I have spent there in the past year and was told again that I could shop anywhere I wanted and they were not refunding the $3.
