I am extremely upset. I was told we would be staying in one place, then we were placed in another, supposedly the same resort just a different part. It's January, cold, and my kids were looking forward to swimming in an indoor pool, however Festiva had different plans. Just wish they would have told us. We refused the hotel and were told we could reschedule, the fee would be waived. We were still charged a fee, supposedly for not showing up, which is why we called.
