We bought a brand new Englander mattress in April of 2010 from Sleep Zone in Kingsport Tennessee and it's worn out already. There is a huge depression in the middle, but only when you're in the bed. Englander will not warantee this bed because the depression is immeasurable unless there is someone laying on the bed. We wake up every morning stiff and sore and have to fight through the night to stay out of "the hole" as we refer to it. We spent $2700 on this set up and are entirely disgusted over it.
