The building has been under construction as renters move out for the last 2-3 months: now the stairwell is being worked on . Workers are here six days a week - week days until after 6pm, Saturdays at various times. Today they did something to the walls without telling anybody living there (or posting a note, or anything) - I have ruined a perfectly good coat by touching what I think is oil-based paint and several cleaners in the neighborhood say can not be removed.
