I recently won my auction for an all inclusive trip to Mexico. I was sent a flight option for approval, which I gave. A week later, my card was charged and I was informed that a different flight was booked (as the one I approved was no longer available). The new flight has a 7 hour layover, which is unacceptable to me and I never would have approved that flight. Skyauction has yet to return any of my 5 emails regarding the matter (sent over the course of one week). I am extremely unhappy with the service and will never use this auction site again. read full review »
