After 3 months of dealing with Dell, I have determined that they will lie, cheat. steal, and mislead you in their advertising. They will also install incompatible drivers that cause your laptop stop working correctly, they will make false charges to your Dell credit card. I have not spoken to one single Dell representative that has not lied to me over the 3 Dell laptops i have purchased over last 3 months.
