I recently purchased a PayPower preloaded debit card from the shaws near my school. I then went online to register, however ONLY THEN am I notified that one, I am required to be at least 18 to purchase one and two, my social security number is required to register. Nowhere on the packaging did it say this, and the cashier did not inform me of it. I loaded $50 onto it, and am now completely unable to use it. read full review »
