My husband received a past due notice dated January 18, 2011. For a balance of $ 150.00. He called and asked what this was about and the gentleman would not give him a straight answer. We have not received anything regarding what this about. The letter says to contact them, if this bill is in error. Okay, he did. and my husband did not get the answer on what this letter was about.
