Unresponsive customer service system. Complaints about on-line gaming issues are rarely if ever addressed by the support crew assigned to find and fix problems. The methods for reporting programing problems are difficult for the average individual to find let alone follow. When you do manage to get a problem reported the programing section of Arena Net apparently is unable to fix or find the problem being reported.
