My experience with Huffman Koos is STILL not over (after 2 and a half months) thanks to the incompetence of their delivery service. The first time they delivered our bedroom set, they forgot to pack the slats for the bed frame and so our mattress is STILL on the ground. Not only that, but the headboard was damaged and so we asked for a new one. It took two weeks for them to process our service request (to get the slats and headboard delivered) and then another two weeks before we could get an opening for delivery.
