Disputes Department GE moneybank PO Box 981127 El Paso, TX 7998-1127 Re Account CareCredit xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx GE failed to send correct statements so the bill could be paid completely within the promotional period. Then, they applied all payments to interest, nothing to principal, thus the account balance grows larger, despite on-time monthly payments. dv3 computer sold as running windows vista and windows 7 operating systems. upgradse from vista to 7 caused shut down failures. hp support wiped out wireless LAN so the computer cannot connect to the internet. HP offshore support very poor. HP will not guarantee the pc running windows 7. They try to push complaints to Microsoft - who says the manufacturer is responsible. HP will restore only to vista, and will not support windows 7, despite a charge of $130 FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. HP EXECUTIVE CASE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT CONFIRM WINDOWS 7 IS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. read full review »
