Before signing a contract to purchase a vacation plan we were advised that we can cancel with the cancellation fee referred to as the initial payment, $172.50. My husband called his bank so that they would not honor the charge, and I, being fair, contacted PlanetGo to cancel, and they assured me they would not charge my account, they tried to charge my husbands account, it failed, but they charged my account $551.85.
