I already had RealPlayer SP on my system, but decided to purchase RealPlayer Plus for $39.99. The program downloaded but did not install correctly over my existing RealPlayer SP app. Contacted Real Networks tech support, finally 2 hours later after uninstall, power down, re-install and special login to Real Networks to get the additional RealPlayer Plus features, now it works. But I cannot see any difference in features for RealPlayer Plus, so it was a waste of money and time. read full review »
