I purchased a new 2010 Ford Super Duty with a 6.4 litre Diesel engine in june 2010 from koons ford of annapolis Maryland. The diesel engines in these trucks billow white smoke randomly 3 to 5 times a day and it lasts anywhere from a few minutes to 40 minutes being the longest i have experienced. The truck has been back to Koons ford 3 times now and every time they say its a normal function of the vehicle due to the emissions system. Beware of this company. We looked at their service for the 5.00 3 day trial. When we cancelled, they continued to bill our credit card. We are $800.00 into their service and can't get our money back. We have spoken to Josh, Alexis and Brian with Bid Clerk who all aknowledge we did not use their service. However they won't give us our money back. STAY AWAY from this company. Very unprofessional. Jerry Cave of Cavewebworks and his wife Sheila Cave are in the business of selling high end website design and SEO, their claim to fame is Thompson Creek Window Company. The problem is Thompson Creek already had a highly relevant website to begin with that ranked well with the major search engines. As far as website design goes they would not know the difference between as site that converts and one that dosen't if it swung up and bit them in the behind.
