I've ordered blinds and shutters from Value Blinds in December 2010. The salesperson, Deborah, has mentioned the time of delivery would be the last week of January. She has also mentioned Value Blinds got A+ review and great customer satisfaction. I believed what she has said and decided to go with the company. Weeks after weeks of waiting, no follow up call from Deborah. I decided to call to find out the status of my shutters.
