I purchased my home less than 10 years ago, I'm now having structural problems with my floors. I have holes in my floor near my kitchen door and the remaining floors in the kitchen, laundry room, both bathrooms and hall area are very weak. I tried to notify the company in the past with no return. I'm unable to repair the floors myself, I'm not sure if there is a warranty for the floors at this time. This is a structural problem and i feel the builder is at fault. I would appreciate any direction as this is urgent. read full review »
