Bank of America offers loan modification for those who are in need of help. However I believe they are discriminating against my neighborhood, since it is a low income black community they refuse to help us. My mortgage was originally with Country Wide and since BAC took it over they have claimed we never paid our mortgage; confusing to my husband & I. We have documentation and it gets better we were told that we do not have any income and do not forsee our financial situation getting better!
