I started Joi Phone service in Sept 2009. I called and asked the representative that I am changing the service to Verizon, porting my phone number and at the end of my contract will not renewing the service. The representative said OK. At the anniversary date they charged my account @ $200.00 + dollars at midnight. I called same day in morning at @ 7:00 AM and asked them about the charges.
