This all took place in about a one year period. NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH JP PENNEY. I am a single guy with only one JC Penney credit card that I keep in my wallet. I did not use the card for months. I paid the card in full. I then called them to cancel the card. They almost begged me to keep the card. So I kept the card. Then a mysterous charge of $88.50 (I dont know the exact change amount) appeared on my card. I called them and they told me it would be removed.
