I am not one who usually complains, but this was, quite possibly, the most horrific experience I've ever had with a vet. My Beagle was 16 years old and one day his poor body just started failing. He completely lost any interest in food, lost his vision, lost a ton of weight and could barely stand up. I knew what I was in for as I was driving to the hospital, ..knowing full well that we were going to have to put him down.
