we had a fire accident, ADT didn't even aware of the accident. when I called the customer service about the issue, they are saying that every time we have to inform the ADT company about accidents. How funny is that. we are paying them hell lot of money just to educate them about burglary or fire accident etc., My sincere suggestion to my fellow citizens please think twice before having ADT system. you'll get worst system you ever imagine. read full review »
