My isurance was suppose to start feb. 1st. I was called the last week of jan. and told I was sent wrong package and that they would send new one out, which i have not recieved yet. Was also told that if I needed to go to doctors or get RX's filled I could call for temp. cards. I have called and talked to someone 3 times and was told I would recieve email with temp. cards in them. I have not recieved them yet and i've called back a bunch of times. the last time i called back the girl asked who this was and then she said have nice day and then hung up. now they will not answer the phone. read full review »
