Why when you have asked for a free trial, are you also sent at the same time a whole program of orthowhite. Surely the whole point of a trial is to see if you like it. Then next thing you know money is taken out of your account before you have even had chance to try the free trial. When i emailed them customer service stated that I have to phone customer service.
