Had AT&T Business Landline. Switched to Birch. Only stayed three (3) months and went back to At&T! Asked to move phone across the street to another building but ended up paying for two separate lines instead of one. Received fees because I did not CALL in 30 days (after faxing) the paperwork to move the line because they require a verbal phone call to verify that this is the correct action to take. AT&T ported the number too soon (within the 30 day written notice) so they NOW want a $200.00 early termination fee. Every time I... read full review »
