Just received phone call from someone who had me hold for his "officer". Told me he was fixin to sign a subpoena for me to appear in court over a payday loan. Told him that, sorry, but in my country they would send me a certified letter listing all charges, then issue a warrant for my arrest, then I would have to appear in court. Told him we do it differenty and legal in my country, that I didn't owe a payday loan and he wouldn't get any money out of me.
