This is my NIGHTMARE experience with Ideeli. I ordered a hair dryer which I received fine. The company then sent me two more hair dryers I did not order. After several emails and phone calls I was told I would receive shipping labels to return the two boxes. They of course never sent me the correct labels after I requested them several times. I finally sent the two packages back to avoid being charged for them - it cost me $26, more than half of my original purchase.
